Falcon Physician Reviews is an intense preparation for the USMLE/COMLEX. As physicians and future physicians certain expectations of professionalism and conduct are required. By enrolling, student acknowledges that they have read “Terms of Enrollment”, and that student accepts terms of enrollment as a condition of enrollment.

Student acknowledges firm understanding of all terms of enrollment, and accepts all terms of enrollment.

This Review Program is specifically established to be a safe, informal, and intense preparation for successful completion of the exam. Any behavior that would disrupt this environment for others will not be permitted. This would include sexual harassment, fraternity type pranks, or other acts of mischief, which would detract from the educational environment in any way. Falcon Physician Reviews reserves the right to terminate the enrollment, without refund or recourse, any student found to be interfering with the ability of others to study.

There are numerous great places to have a great time, but in the hotel/classroom your behavior must be professional and respectful towards others at all times.

Student acknowledges that they will receive certain Intellectual Materials which are copyrighted. These materials are for the express use of the student, and the student only. Student acknowledges that they do not have permission to copy, distribute and sell any course materials. Additionally, student will retain control of course materials with the understanding that they are copyrighted Intellectual Property of Falcon Physician Reviews entrusted to student for the purpose of the student’s education.

Further, students will be taught a Patented Study Method, which is copyrighted Intellectual Property. Student acknowledges that this Intellectual Material is express property of Falcon Physician Reviews, and student will not disseminate this information to any other person or entity.

Any violation of copyright will be aggressively prosecuted, and student acknowledges and accepts responsibility to reimburse Falcon Physician Review for any and all legal expenses associated with breach of copyright.

Student acknowledges that the Falcon Physician Reviews cannot be responsible for the security of equipment, supplies, written material or other valuable items left in the class or sleeping rooms. Accordingly, student acknowledges that it will be the student’s responsibility to provide security of any such aforementioned items and hereby assumes the responsibility of loss thereof.

Student acknowledges that Falcon Physician Reviews does not give refunds and enrollment fees are not transferable to other students. Student acknowledges if they are unable to attend the program enrolled for, a refund will not be given for any reason. Instead student may forward their enrollment to a future review date, coordinating it in advance with the staff or management of Falcon Physician Reviews.

Student agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Falcon Physician Reviews and their respective officers, owners, agents, employees, affiliates, parents, insurers, predecessors, successors, or assigns from and against all loss, claims, demands, causes of action, injury, death, illness, liabilities, expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs arising from any claim arising out of or resulting from, in whole or in part, (a) any breach of this Agreement by the student; or (b) any omission or act taken or committed by student or any guests of student. Falcon Physician Reviews shall have the right to employ its own counsel and to assume its own defense in connection with this indemnification, but the reasonable fees and expenses of such counsel shall be borne by student and shall be paid when due.
